Taking place in the fall and spring of 2019, Family Weekends allow the whole family to experience the magic of Camp! Family Weekends serve children ages 0-17, unless otherwise noted, with a serious medical illness, and their immediate family members. Campers come with their caregivers and siblings, sleeping overnight from Friday to Sunday at camp together. Our amazing families can bond over an authentic camp experience while making important connections to others. Everyone is sure to create memories that will last a life time!

Things to Know Before You Apply
If you have questions about our Family Camp sessions, or if you would like to request a hard copy of the application to complete, please contact email@example.com for assistance.
Current immunization for Chicken Pox, MMR and DPT/DTaP are required for all participants under 18.
Processing Your Application
After submitting your family’s application, your forms will be reviewed for completion. You will be contacted at a later date if information is needed to complete your application. Once all members’ applications are complete they will be reviewed by our Medical Team and you will be notified of your enrollment status. Enrollment is based on completion date: first completed, first reserved.
Unfortunately, Camp Korey may not be able to accommodate all who apply to camp. While we would love to be able to welcome everyone, we do have a limit to the available camper spots so first completed, first reviewed. If a session is already full, your camper will be put on a waiting list once all forms are complete and you will be notified. You will be notified if a reservation becomes available.
