“Camp Korey” is a trademark of the Camp in the United States. Other marks, tag-lines, and logos which appear on the Camp’s Website may be additional marks of the Camp or third parties that are not affiliated with the Camp. Your Responsibilities and Representations

You acknowledge that the Camp’s Website has been developed through the expenditure of substantial time, effort, and resources by the Camp, and that the Camp’s Website and Service constitute valuable intellectual property of the Camp, and that your access to the Camp’s Website is sufficient consideration for your obligations and promises under this Agreement. You further acknowledge that you are either of an age at least eighteen (18) years or older, or accessing the Camp’s Website along with your parent or legal guardian.

You may not submit to the Camp any information that is libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, profane, unlawful, or offensive. The Camp reserves the right at all times to review your information and to disclose the information to law enforcement authorities. The Camp also reserves the right to reject such information and to refuse the rendering of any Service involving such information that is objectionable in the Camp’s sole discretion.

The Camp makes no representation, warranty, or endorsement, express or implied, as to any of the information, services, products, or messages on any other websites that may be accessed through a hyperlink on the Camp’s Website. In particular, these links are provided for convenience of reference only and are not intended to be an endorsement by the Camp of the party operating the linked website or a warranty or endorsement whatsoever regarding the linked websites or the information, services, products, or messages posted on or available from such websites.
