Become a Table Captain
Sign up now to host a table for Camp Korey’s Prescription Laughter Luncheon on March 15, 2012!
The success of the Prescription Laughter luncheon is largely due to our table captains. Becoming a table captain is one of the easiest and most important ways to volunteer.
What are the requirements of a table captain?
Just invite 9 of your friends, neighbors or co-workers to join you for our luncheon. There is no cost for you or your guests to attend. At the event everyone will be asked to consider a minimum contribution of $150. It is our hope that everyone at the event will be inspired by the impact Camp Korey has on children’s lives and will give generously.
What about sponsoring a table?
If you would like to be even more involved, Camp Korey loves to have individual table sponsors. A table sponsorship requires a personal donation of $1,500. For that donation you will receive a VIP table for ten. You will also receive company or personal recognition in the program and at the table.
How do I invite guests to the event?
- The Luncheon Committee will send you a save the date followed by an electronic invitation to send to your friends.
- Add a personal note to the electronic invitation and send to your invitees.
- Invitees will click a link on the invitation to RSVP
- The Luncheon Committee will provide updates as to who has responded to your invitation.
- Then just meet your friends at the Prescription Laughter Luncheon on March 15, 2012 and enjoy!
